I utilize The Square payment systems, and PayPal, which are both third party entities. You do not need to have an account with either of these services in order to use them as a payment method.
The Square and PayPal are both multi-leveled encrypted systems, meeting

***Tread the Terra is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications for purposes of membership. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
I do not share or sell any part of your information to anyone for any reason. NOT EVER. That's not who I am, or how I do business.



Shipping & Delivery
All of your purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 3 - 5 business days of purchase and will arrive at your home via your Postal Delivery.
***Postage has gone up considerably. My costs are now approximately doubled what they were last year. As a small business, I am unable to sustain my previous flat rate. Shipping in the USA is now a flat fee of $6.00
Shipping in CANADA is a flat rate of $9.00

Return and Replace Policy
The very nature of making jewelry by hand results in original, unique, and imperfect creations. I do not use any sort of exact casting methods in my fabrication of jewelry.
Craftsmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. If something needs to be repaired due to craftsmanship, I will do so at no cost to you. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice with an explanation for the return. I strongly suggest packaging in a secured & insured method of shipment as I can not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
***DO NOT TUG, PULL, OR YANK ON YOUR HANDMADE JEWELRY, AS THESE TYPES OF REPAIRS ARE NOT DUE TO AVERAGE EVERYDAY WEAR AND WILL RESULT IN A REPAIR FEE.
****IF YOU HAVE LOST AN EARRING, I WILL EVALUATE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS IF ANOTHER CAN BE MADE TO FIT THE ORIGINAL DESIGN. I OFTEN USE VINTAGE OR UNIQUE ELEMENTS THAT CANNOT BE DUPLICATED.
